ROGUE STRENGTH AND FITNESS Some qualifications: I've won Natural bodybuilding shows-I've won my weight class several times in the drug tested PL feds in my weight class-I have competed in Strongman shows and have competed with some of the Pro's you see on ESPN-I was a certified personal trainer for over 10 years- I have a Master Degree in Psychology so I know how these "fake" trainers think- I've worked for a MAJOR supplement company and know many "behind the scenes" stories.

FUCK 'EM!!!!!!
This is just a quick post to those of you who have negative people in your lives that don't believe in your goals. FUCK THEM!! Use their own insecurities to fuel your passions in life!! For every one person that believes in you there will be 1,000 that don't - So what!?! USE the doubters out there to burst through and accomplish your goals!!! NO EXCUSES - GET OFF YOUR ASS AND DO IT!!!!!!!!!
